A young, talented, innovative sales trainer and business consultant - Joel Wright has been in the sales & hypnosis field his entire adult. At age 18, Joel entered the world of business and direct sales as a door-to-door salesperson for ADT Security Systems in Southern California. With his charismatic, charming personality and innate drive for excellence, Joel achieving expertise and success in that industry quicky. By age 19, he progressed from sales rep. to team leader to becoming the youngest branch manager in company history. Eventually, Joel was promoted to a more executive role as a 'Fixer' for the company, in which he would fly out to various branch offices across the country and be responsible for training, re-organizing, and 'fixing' various offices that were 'in the red' and restore their efficiency and productivity. Since then Joel has worked for numerous companies and achieved countless awards and credentials, including NLP Trainer's Certifications. He has made a name for himself as an 'Off-The-Wall Thinker' and a 'Brilliant Analytical Mind', developing numerous successful sales processes. After a taking some time away from the 'corporate sector' to study and practice Neuro-Linguistic Psychology and Behavioral Science, Joel re-entered the business world - this time, turning his attention and focus to the field of Internet marketing. After work at a Senior SEO Director for several Fortune 500 Digital Marketing company, Joel branched out on his own to establish several SEO, Digital Marketing and Virtual Branding companies. Joel is currently the Founding President/CEO of Wright Enterprises, Inc., an Intuitive solutions company and virtual think tank.
